Coach your way to high performance.

The Level 5 Coaching Professional programme is for high performing team members, providing meaningful and high-quality learning, development and performance experiences.

Coaching is a way of treating people, a way of thinking and a way of being which is seen as vital to supporting individuals and organisations in increasingly volatile and ever-changing environments.

During this programme, you will develop extensive technical knowledge and skills to design and deliver coaching programmes that engage, motivate and evolve skills and performance.

Meet Antonia.

A pro-active and determined individual with a specialist focus on educational leadership, management and coaching. My current Doctorate research focus is English Language Learning for refugees and exploration of impacting societal factors.

Skills:

  • Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and also the Society for Education and Training.
  • A wealth of experience relative to pedagogical, andragogical and heutagogical strategies to ensure progression through inclusive practices for all learners.
  • Social research and analysis to inform sector trends.
  • Research, design, produce and implement assessment material in line with awarding organisation specifications and Ofqual remit.
  • Strong links to industry and currency of knowledge for taught sectors.
  • Emotional Intelligence, transition to Emotional Agility and how practices such as Cold Water Therapy and microbiome management can affect this.

Key Dates

Start dates: January, April, July or October.

Eligibility

Scope to coach at least 2 coaches. Minimum Level 1 or Level 2 English and Maths. Able to cope with L5 academic demands.

Duration

In learning 13 months plus End Point Assessment.

Access to at least 2 people to coach.

Take part in a 3 hour workshop every 2 weeks.

Complete 4-6 hours off the job training a week.

Complete a minimum of 54, ideally 100 coaching hours during the programme.
