The Level 5 Business Leader programme is a great developmental opportunity for individuals who manage teams and/or projects, and achieve specific goals and objectives as part of the delivery of an organisation’s strategy.
This programme will develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to become effective leaders and drive measurable improvements in business performance through robust planning, development of teams and effective communication.

To be leading and managing a team, to set them targets and monitor their progress, to provide coaching and development, to be in control of resource across your business and team. And to have a drive to succeed.
Duration
In learning 16 months plus End Point Assessment.
1 progress review every 12 weeks.
