PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

Your journey into leadership and management.

The Level 3 Business Leader programme is an opportunity for individuals at the start of their career in leadership and management, or those in management roles who wish to develop their understanding of leadership and management skills.

This programme will develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours of individuals who are responsible for managing a team or project, to provide direction, instructions and guidance to ensure the achievement of set goals.

Meet Abigail.

I have been working as a Trainer Assessor at SCL Professional since November 2021 with a background in management. I deliver the Level 3 Business Leader/Team Leader Supervisor as well as Business Administration.

Key Dates

Start dates: January, April, July or October.

Eligibility

Currently in a line management role with operational or project responsbilities or responsiblity for managing a team.

Duration

In learning 13 months plus End Point Assessment.

Your commitment.

Take part in a 3 hour workshop every 2 weeks.

4-6

Complete 4-6 hours off the job training a week.

1-2-1

Regular 1-2-1 sessions.

1 progress review every 12 weeks.
